NOB_ 3 accused were apprehended, recovered property of 9 lakh

NOB- Hyderabad news: The sleuths of the Tolichowki PS, Hyderabad detected a total three property offences within 24 hours and apprehended three offenders with intact recovery.

Case 1: Three Wheeler Theft: On 12-07-2025 at 10:00 hrs, G. Mastan Rao, an auto driver, lodged a complaint regarding theft of his auto B.No. TS12UA8198 which was parked in front of his house at Brindavan Colony, Tolichowki on 09-07-2025 around 1:00 PM. On that registered a case in Cr. No: 72/2025 U/s 303 (2) BNS. During the course of investigation, while conducting vehicle check at Shaikpet X Road on 13-07-2025 at 9:30 PM, an auto driver tried to flee from the police who chased him and caught and found the auto was stolen one. On verification with the driver he disclosed his name as Hameed Khan @ Addu, Age: 19, Occ: Labour, R/o: Parsigutta, Secunderabad, and confessed that he committed theft of auto for his lavish life and he was addicted to smoking and drinking. On enquiry police came to know that he was a habitual offender and recently he was released from Juvenile Home after having three years of rehabilitation and reintegration and recovered the theft auto  and the same was seized, which worth Rs. 2,70,000/-.

Case 2:  House Theft: On 13-07-2025 at 11:00 hrs, received a complaint from Smt. Syeda Zufishan Nasir,that gold ornaments were missing from her house at Akbarpura, Tolichowki, Hyderabad. While getting ready for a family function at around 10:00 AM, she observed that her gold items weighing approximately 5 tulas (50 grams) were missing from her almirah. The stolen items included sets with emeralds and rubies, gold chains, rings, earrings, and diamond studs. On that a case in Cr. No: 75/2025 U/s 305(a) BNS was registered. During the course of investigation verified the CCTV footages and came to know that a lady which was previously worked as maid servant in their house was identified. Immediately SI along with the crime team went to the residence of the maid servant Deepika W/o Gode Barghav, Age: 26 years, Occ: House Keeping, R/o: Near Ambedkar Community Hall, Hakeempet, Tolichowki, Hyderabad and found her at her house at Hakeempet and on interrogation she admitted her guilt for committing this offence and confessed that at present she is working as House Keeping in SKP Towers, Gachibowli and she is married having three children, but she is having extra martial relation with her colleague Sai Deepak and to maintain lavish life with him she committed theft from the complainant house at Akbarpura, Tolichowki where she previously worked as maid servant. Further recovered all the theft gold ornaments1) Gold (Green) Emerald Set with pendent and one gold stud weight about 12 Grams, 2) Gold Rubi (Red colour) set 1 weight about 5 grams 3) one gold chain weight about 7.5 grams 4) three baby gold rings weight about 2 grams 5) Pair of Gold ear rings 3 grams  6) Three Gold Rings weight about 11 gms 7) Diamond with gold studs weight about 3.5 gms 8) One pair of ear rings weight about 4 grams 9) three baby gold rings and studs weight about 2 grams, total weighing approximately 5 tolas (50 grams) Worth Rs.4,00,000/- at her instant.

Case 3: Two Wheeler Theft (JAWA Bike): On 13-07-2025 at 12:00 hrs received a complaint from Sri Shaik Ahmed, S/o Shaik Rasool, age 49 years, Occ: Automobile business, R/o H. No: Sabir Manjil, Flat No. 201, SA Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad regarding theft of his Two Wheeler black JAWA 42 Bobber (Reg. No. AP13FA3957), which was parked outside of his house on 05-07-2025 at 10:30 PM. In the early house on 06-07-2025 at 04:30 AM he observed his parked bike was missing from his residence. On that a Case in Cr. No: 76/2025 U/s 303(2) BNS was registered, while the investigation was in progress on 14-07-2025 at around 8:30 AM, police received credible information about the presence of the stolen bike near Tajush Shariah Foundation, Jamalikunta, Hyderabad. Acting swiftly, the crime team reached the spot and intercepted the vehicle being driven suspiciously by an unknown individual. On enquiry the rider revealed his name as Shaik Suleman S/o Shaik Sharfuddin, Age: 25 years, Occ: Tiffin Centre, R/o: Jamalikunta, Tolichowki, N/o: Dichpally, Nizambad.During interrogation, the accused admitted to committing the theft to earn easy money and lead a lavish lifestyle. The stolen Jawa bike, was recovered Worth of Rs.2,50,000/-.L. Ramesh Naik (SHO), G. Balraj (DIP), and G. Raghavendra (SIP), along with the Crime Team of Tolichowki Police Station, under the guidance and supervision of G. Chandra Mohan, DCP, South West Zone, and Syed Fiaz, ACP, Tolichowki Division, displayed commendable professionalism in swiftly detecting three separate theft cases. Their diligent efforts led to the apprehension of the accused individuals and recovery of stolen property.
