Ultimately, he suffered heavy financial losses. The acts of the accused amount to cheating, cyber fraud, and illegal online betting. The victim has sought registration of a case and investigation into the operators involved. The public is cautioned against illegal online betting and casino platforms offering assured or easy returns.  Fraudsters often approach victims via WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or social media and initially show small profits to gain confidence before inducing larger deposits. These platforms are unregulated and illegal, and withdrawals are often blocked once large sums are invested.  Citizens are advised not to share banking or personal details, avoid unknown links or apps, and immediately report suspicious activity.
