
NOB-Mirzapur news: According to the preliminary police investigation, trainers working at certain gyms were cultivating relationships with young women, getting close to them under the guise of love or friendship. Subsequently, allegations have emerged that they collected the women’s personal photos or videos and in some instances, utilized AI technology to create fake obscene videos in order to blackmail them. The police suspect that this blackmail was used either to extort money or to coerce the victims into religious conversion. The police have taken Ashfaq Khan, identified as the prime accused in this case, into custody. Along with him, Sahil Ahmed a trainer at the KGN Gym has also been arrested. Reports indicate that the police have arrested several other individuals involved in this network as well. The ongoing investigation suggests that this racket may have targeted approximately 20 to 30 women. Following the revelation of this incident, the police inspected the gyms in question, seized digital devices such as mobile phones and laptops, and are continuing their investigation. Authorities state that there is a possibility of receiving further complaints from additional victims. A gym is a place one visits for the sake of health and fitness. To exploit the trust of young women in such as setting blackmailing them and subjecting them to coercion by targeting their personal lives constitutes a heinous crime. Regardless of who commits such acts, they must face severe punishment under the law. This incident serves as a grave warning to the Hindu community. One must exercise extreme caution regarding new acquaintances, social media friendships, and the sharing of personal information. These matters must be clearly explained to the young women in our families as well. Victims must receive justice. Those who have committed wrongdoing must be punished severely. As a society, we, too, must remain vigilant.
