
NOB- Delhi news: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal got a huge relief. He finally got bail in the Delhi liquor scam case. A two-judge bench of the Supreme Court issued key orders in this regard on 13.09.2024. He is going to be released from Tihar Jail after about five and a half months. The court imposed several conditions. It has been clarified that two security signatures should be made along with a surety bond of Rs.10 lakhs. Told to attend the trial court. The condition is not to tamper with the evidence. The court ordered that Lt Governor VK Saxena should not go to the Chief Minister’s office or the Delhi Secretariat without permission. Moreover, it imposed conditions not to sign government files without the Governor’s permission. It has been clarified that no further statements should be made on this case and no witnesses should be spoken to. He was arrested by the CBI in the month of June 2024 after the investigation in the Delhi liquor scam case. He has already got bail in the ED case. With this he will be released from jail. AAP leaders and party ranks are elated as he is about to get out of jail for almost six months.
