Indian women’s cricket team star cricketer Deepti Sharma has been appointed as Deputy Superintendent of Police in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh for her services to India in sports. With this, Deepti Sharma has become the second Indian cricketer to take charge as DSP. It is known that a few days ago, fast bowler Mohammed Siraj was appointed as DSP in Telangana. Team India star all-rounder Deepti Sharma was appointed as Deputy Superintendent of Police in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh on January 27th 2025 for her contribution to the country as a cricketer. She thanked the Uttar Pradesh government for the honor bestowed upon her.
