No confidence motion against Modi government

NOB-New Delhi news :All is set for the real chilly event in the monsoon session of Parliament. The debate on the no-confidence motion against the NDA government will begin on 08.08.2023.

In the backdrop of the war of words between the ruling and opposition parties over the violence in Manipur, there is a possibility of heated discussions on the no-confidence motion. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, who has been relieved of his disqualification, will start the debate on behalf of the party.

The debate on the no-confidence motion will continue in the Lok Sabha on 09.08.2023 and 10.08.2023. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak on the resolution on August 10th 2023. Monsoon meetings will end on August 11th 2023. The no-confidence motion was moved by the opposition alliance ‘India’.

It was approved by Speaker Ombirla last week. The opposition has been demanding to discuss the issue of Manipur since the beginning of the Parliament session. Prime Minister Modi is asked to speak on this. However, the opposition parties moved this resolution expressing their displeasure over the fact that the issue of Manipur was not discussed in the House.

So they think they can talk to the Prime Minister. Based on the strengths of the parties, the speaker will allocate time to the members. After the ruling party MPs speak, they give time to the opposition members.
