
NOB-Jammu and Kashmir news: The Pakistan Army continues to violate the ceasefire agreement. Firing continues along the Line of Control. The Pakistan Army continued to fire for the 14th consecutive day. A total of 13 people were killed in the firing in the Kupwara, Baramulla, Uri and Akhnoor areas of Jammu and Kashmir. Among the dead were four small children and a soldier. However, the intensity of the firing on the 14th day was higher than the firing that took place in the last 13 days. The Pakistan Army has become more agitated in the wake of the Indian government’s Operation Sindoor. Until recently, it used to attack with small guns. On 07.05.2025 night, firing was also started with big guns along with small guns. The Pakistan Army has been agitated since the Pahalgam terror attack. Even though the Indian Army has not done anything the Pakistan Army has been continuously violating the ceasefire agreement. Firing continues along the border. Up to 40 people have died so far in this context. Operation Sindoor, undertaken by the Indian Army, began at 1.05 am on 06.05.2025. The operation ended in a total of 25 minutes. Attacks were carried out on 9 terrorist camps in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Around 70 terrorists were killed in these attacks. It is believed that up to 60 others were seriously injured. The Indian Defense Ministry has clarified that these attacks were not targeted by the Pakistani Army. It has been said that they did not engage in provocative actions.
