The District Joint Collector and RDO have already confirmed that the family members of Anantula Rama Chandraiah, who were the sellers, do not have any rights, that the land is not in possession, and that the passbooks they took are fake. The RDO cancelled the fake passbook and sent it to the Suryapet Sub-Registrar Office for appropriate action as per L. R. No.: D/1165/2010 dated: 14-12-2010. Such land was declared in the list of prohibited lands. However Ramachandru Nayak lured the then Sub-Registrar and got the registration done by Ramachandru Nayak through a person named Nalagati Prasad Raju on Document No.: 3052/2013 dated: 11-3-2013, the victim Narasimha Rao explained. The victim has expressed his grievance to the High Court that he tried to seize the land by registering it without listening to anyone who said that the disputed property was acquired through false methods. The land rights holder Gundapaneni Lakshmi Narasimha Rao @ Sudhakar Rao said that they have been constantly preventing the background of Dornakal MLA Ramachandru Nayak who was trying to seize their land by creating false documents for the last few years. The government whip, Dornakal MLA, tried to seize it with his followers on January 12th 2025, trying to kill their younger brother’s son Chaitanya and attacking them. He said that the Suryapet police had registered a case against them. Gundapaneni Lakshmi Narasimha Rao @ Sudhakar Rao expressed his grief in a counter affidavit to the High Court, stating that Ramachandru Nayak is trying to blackmail the Suryapet police for a counter case against them, that he is trying to intimidate them, that he is the true rightful owner of that land, and he has been in possession of 50 plots of land under the respective survey number for the last 30 years, with all the records. Gundapaneni Lakshmi Narasimha Rao @ Sudhakar Rao of Suryapet district headquarters, said that the land of 50 plots in Suryapet town under survey number: 232 was illegally registered with a survey number in the restricted land register by Dornakal MLA Ramachandru Nayak with false documents and was frequently trying to seize it. In order to secure the said 50 plots of land, Rama Chandru Nayak, along with Basapangu Baskar and 10 other people, went to Narasimha Rao’s brother’s son and attacked him. A case was registered at Suryapet 2 Town Police Station on 12-1-2025 under Sections 189(2), 329(3), 352, 351(2) of the Indian Penal Code – 2023 for allegedly attacking Chaitanya by using various abusive language. The police said that a criminal case was previously registered against Rama Chandru Nayak in 2016 in this land dispute. Dornakal MLA Rama Chandru Nayak has approached the High Court alleging that the police are obstructing him in the matter of 1000 square yards of land on LIC Road belonging to him and that the police are interfering in the civil dispute. He has filed a petition under WP No: 3229/2025. He filed a writ petition with Suryapet SP, DSP and Station House Officer as respondents. In this regard, Suryapet police informed the High Court that the victims of Dial 100 called them and asked them to go to the disputed land, that they were aware of the law and order problem and collected the relevant evidence and registered a case, and that they did not intentionally interfere in any civil disputes.
