NOB_Nizambad govt.hospital heart doctors shortage

NOB- Nizamabad news: The lack of a heart doctor in the government general hospital, which was set up at a cost of crores of rupees, is causing problems for patients. Despite the lack of a heart doctor for the June month, the authoritie’s failure to take action has become a reflection of their negligence. Thousands of people from various parts of Nizamabad district and elsewhere come to the district government general hospital every day for treatment. In recent times, many people, regardless of age, have been suffering from heart disease. While the rich go to private hospitals, the poor trust the government hospital and come here. After arriving here, they are facing serious problems due to the lack of a heart doctor. Pratimaraj, who previously served as the superintendent of the same government hospital, used to hold review meetings with doctors from all departments once a week and take special care of the patients without any problems. Even when she went out due to the impact of her circumstances, the patients in the district’s big hospital are lacking basic facilities. In unavoidable circumstances, they have to go to private hospitals by taking loans. Cardiologist Ravikumar, who worked here in the past, was removed from his duties. It is known that the post of cardiologist was vacant for months before Ravikumar took charge. Srinivas took charge as the hospital superintendent five months ago and appointed Ravikumar with special attention. After Ravikumar was removed from his duties after only three months, the authorities are adopting a negligent attitude and not appointing new people. It is known that many young people have been dying of heart disease in recent times. It has become a common occurrence for the poor to not get heart-related treatment in the district government general hospital. However, many are requesting that Vinay Krishna Reddy, who recently took charge as the newly transferred District Collector, focus on the District Hospital and take the initiative to appoint a permanent cardiologist in the District Government Hospital.
