NOB-Hyderabad news: State Director of Meteorological Department Nagaratna said that there is a possibility of formation of surface circulation with winds on the north-west region of Bay of Bengal on 16th of July. If it worsens, there are indications of heavy rains in Telangana from 18th of July. A surface circulation with winds of 5.8 km height was formed over North Coast Andhra on 14.07.2023. Winds are blowing into Telangana at low altitude from western parts of India. As a result of these, there are indications of moderate rains with scattered thunder and lightning.
