NOB- Uttar Pradesh news:  Telangana woman stood in Uttar Pradesh Lok Sabha elections. Srikala Reddy from Telangana state is contesting from Jaunpur Lok Sabha seat. She is the third wife of former local MP Dhanunjay Singh. Dhanunjay Singh lost the opportunity to contest the elections after he was convicted in the case of kidnapping and illegal collection. BSP leader Mayawati gave ticket to his wife Srikala Reddy in the latest election. Srikala Reddy’s father was K. Jitender Reddy. He worked as the President of Nalgonda District Cooperative Society and as an Independent MLA from Hujurnagar Assembly seat. Mother Lalita Reddy served as village sarpanch. Nippo Battery Group Company belongs to this family. Srikala Reddy done her Intermediate in Chennai, completed B.Com course in Hyderabad and after graduation went to America and did architecture interior designing course. After that she returned to India and took care of the family businesses. After the death of Dhanunjay Singh’s first wife and the divorce of his second wife, Srikala Reddy was married in Paris in 2017.
