People who travel long distances and in other emergencies can use the restroom facilities. The government has suggested that the use of bathrooms should be made available free of charge at petrol pumps in the country. Whether you fill petrol there or not, there should be no conditions for using the toilet. However, in reality, we keep seeing some petrol pumps not following this rule.
