NOB- Mahabubnagar news: Maktal Circle CI G Chandrasekhar and two constables were caught red handed by the ACB. Mahbubnagar ACB team caught them red-handed while taking a bribe of Rs 20,000. Sandhya Venkat Ramulu, director of Srinidhi Cooperative Society in Maktal town, is an accused in a rape case. The High Court recently granted him conditional bail. However, he has to come to Maktal police station every Monday and sign. However, they demanded a bribe saying that they would file a charge sheet in his favor. With this, the victim approached the ACB. On 18.02.2025, two constables named Shiva Reddy and Narasimha were caught by the ACB while taking a bribe of Rs 20,000. Along with them, CI Chandrasekhar was taken into custody and the ACB officials conducted searches at the Maktal Circle office. This incident created a huge sensation in Narayanpet district. Mahabubnagar ACB DSP Balakrishna said that they will be produced before the ACB court.
