The victim, identified as Venkata Ratnam (54), was attacked by unidentified assailants in Saket Colony. According to reports, the attackers first opened fire with a gun and then launched a brutal knife attack, killing him on the spot. The horrifying nature of the crime has caused panic and fear among residents in the area. Local people, who heard the gunshots and commotion, immediately alerted the police.
