
NOB- Suryapet news: As part of the commemoration programs of police martyrs, blood donation camps were organized across Suryapet district on 25.10.2025 under the police in memory of the sacrifices of police martyrs. A blood donation camp was organized under the SP Narasimha IPS at the district police office. The district SP participated in this blood donation camp and first donated blood and started the program. Along with the SP, Additional SP Janardhan Reddy, DSP Narasimha Chari, RSIs Ashok and Rajasekhar donated blood. A large number of citizens from across the district participated in this program and donated their blood. On this occasion, District SP Narasimha IPS said that this blood donation camp was organized in memory of the sacrifices of police martyrs and that they are always available to the people in times of emergency. In this program organized at the District Police Office, the Siki Cell Society of Khammam collected blood for children suffering from Thalassemia. The SP appealed to the people to recognize the sacrifices of the police and to partner with the police in maintaining peace and security. Blood donation is a lifeline and many injured people in accidents lose their lives during emergencies, so the blood donation camp was organized to prevent such a situation and to provide blood to those in need at the right time. He said that it is a happy thing that the youth came out in large numbers to donate blood. Voluntary organizations also collected blood from donors so that it would be useful for Thalassemia children. In this camp, police personnel and auto unions together donated blood for more than 100 people.
