NOB-Tamil Nadu news: An encounter took place in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Thiruvengadam, the accused in the murder case of state BSP chief Armstrong and a rowdy sheeter, was shot dead by the police. He is said to have been shot at when he escaped from custody. It is known that on the 5th of July 2024, Tamil Nadu BSP chief Armstrong was attacked and killed by thugs.
