NOB-Delhi news: BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha once again faced disappointment in the Delhi Liquor Scam CBI case. Her judicial custody was extended till July 18th 2024 by Rouse Avenue Court. As Kavitha’s judicial custody ended on 05.07.2024, the authorities produced her before the Rouse Avenue court through video conference. On April 11th 2024, CBI arrested Kavitha in the Delhi liquor case. Currently she is in Tihar Jail. It is known that the CBI arrested Kavitha while she was in ED custody in the Delhi liquor scam case that created a sensation across the country. CBI officials arrested her after questioning her in Tihar Jail. To this extent, the CBI officially announced the arrest of Kavitha and also informed the court. As a result, Kavitha was once again arrested while in the custody of ED. Kavitha has been in jail for a long time due to arrest by ED and CBI. She made several attempts to get bail but to no avail. Her petitions are being rejected. On the other hand, the BRS circles are deeply disappointed that Kavitha did not get bail. During the difficult times of the party, Kavitha, an active leader, has to stay in jail. It is known that BRS is getting stuck with the jumping of key leaders. Six MLAs and six MLCs of that party have already joined the ruling Congress. It seems almost certain that another MLA will also join the Congress party.
