NOB-Delhi news: Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Arvind said that PM Narendra Modi gifted the turmeric board to the Telangana farmers on the day of Sankranti festival. He was angry that former Chief Minister and BRS leader KCR was sleeping in the Erravalli farmhouse, saying that they had achieved something when Telangana was formed. Arvind criticized that many sectors had stagnated under the BRS rule. He alleged that they could not generate additional electricity in ten years. The MP predicted that MLC Kavitha has already been to jail and now KTR will also go to jail. He said that it was unnecessary to talk about the BRS party and that the party would soon be destroyed. The MP joked that he did not know which party Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao would be in when. He challenged Tummala to open sugarcane factories if he had the courage. MP Dharmapuri said that the turmeric board did not come even after Minister Tummala wrote letters. MP Dharmapuri said that Prime Minister Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Union Minister Piyush Goyal played a great role in the establishment of the turmeric board. He said that he had full confidence that the turmeric board would be brought to Nizamabad. He said that he worked hard with that confidence. He expressed happiness that his efforts were rewarded and Prime Minister Modi gifted the board to the farmers on the day of Sankranti. He said that a lot of politics took place in the background of the establishment of the turmeric board and that all the people of Telangana know how he has been targeted since 2019. He said that goons were sent to attack his houses, but he did not give up. MP Arvind said that the Turmeric Board was established in the country after 33 years as a result of the efforts of Telangana BJP leaders. Arvind said that Palle Gangareddy was selected as the chairman of the Turmeric Board and his role in his political growth is significant. He said that Palle Gangareddy is from a farmer family, and due to this he knows the hardships of the breadwinners very well. The MP said that this will have the potential to benefit them more. Palle Gangareddy said that he will take steps to double the income of the hardworking turmeric farmers. MP Arvind said that with the arrival of the Turmeric Board, more responsibility has increased on him. MP Arvind said that some people think that the Turmeric Board will be useful only for turmeric farmers, but it will benefit everyone. He said that if more infrastructure is provided, there is a possibility of not only turmeric but also other industries. He said that many crops like ginger, turmeric and vegetables are grown in Nizamabad and that there is a possibility that those farmers will also benefit. He also said that there are a lot of beedi workers in the Nizamabad area and their livelihood is currently low. He said that employment opportunities for them are also likely to increase with the Turmeric Board. He said that the people of Nizamabad do not want liquor, they want the Turmeric Board. He said that he has fulfilled the promise given to the farmers and will fulfill more promises in the future. MP Arvind said that 10 railway ROBs should be built in Nizamabad and that he will move forward by fulfilling every promise given to the people.
