Last month, chain snatching was committed from a lonely woman in Kodada town, and chain snatching was also committed in Munagala area, the cases were investigated under the supervision of Kodada inspector and Munagala inspector. They said that both of these were done on an expensive KTM bike. While the police were making efforts, on reliable information, the Kodad town police arrested 4 accused from Kodada and Huzurnagar towns in Kodada on 19.06.2025. When questioned, they confessed to committing thefts. There are two minor boys in this case, they will be presented before the juvenile court, he said. He said that strict action will be taken against those who commit such crimes, and sheets are being registered against those who commit crimes on a regular basis. Srinivas, Karunakar, Krishna, PCs Yella Reddy, Kondalu, Satish and police station staff were felicitated and rewards were announced.
