NOB_ Police concluded, Pune rape case was fabricated

NOB- Pune news: An unexpected turn has taken place in the rape case of an IT employee that has caused a stir in Pune city. The police have concluded that the rape complaint made by the young woman is completely false and misleading. In just 24 hours, they cracked the case and revealed the real facts. A 22-year-old IT employee from Kondhwa area has complained to the police that she was raped. She has stated in her complaint that a man who came in the form of a delivery agent sprayed a chemical spray on her and raped her after she fell unconscious. It was also said that he took a selfie with his phone before leaving and typed a threatening message saying that the photos would go viral if the matter was revealed. The police, who registered a case with these serious allegations, started an investigation and shocking facts came to light. After examining CCTV footage, phone call data and other evidence, the police found that the story she told had no connection with reality. They found that the person named as the accused was not a delivery agent but a friend she had previously known. They confirmed that he came to the flat with her permission and did not forcefully enter the house. Speaking on this matter, Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said, “The complaint filed by the girl is completely fabricated. No chemical spray was used, no rape took place. Her friend came to the flat with her consent. The girl herself typed the threatening message.” The police said that the girl told the investigation that she did this because of her mental condition. The Commissioner expressed his anger over the false propaganda being spread about the security of Pune city due to this incident. He said that action is being considered against the young woman who made the false complaint.
