On 25.04.2023, Mahbubabad District SP Sarath Chandra Pawar visited SHE Teams and Bharosa Center set up for women safety. SHE Teams and Bharossa Center officers and staff files and records were examined. SHE Teams staff should conduct awareness programs in all zones to create awareness about women’s safety and other issues. SHE Teams staff should visit schools, colleges, bus stops, railway stations. He said that one should keep a watchful eye in the important areas.

They said that they should make sure that they are there for the woman in distress. He talked to the staff of the Bharossa Center and inquired thoroughly about the work they do. How the center works, how the children’s court, counseling for the victims, how they provide medical and legal advice at one place, inquire about the steps being taken for rehabilitation, and said that there is no negligence in the performance of duties. He said that if there is any difficulty in the performance of duty, it should be brought to their attention immediately. He said that it is a great thing that all kinds of services are being provided to victims of sexual assault and POCSO cases at one place.
