He wanted to create an app so that the devotees can know the time at which the TTD accommodation rooms are vacated and the time at which the rooms are allocated again, and to ensure that there is no delay in the allocation of rooms. In this, the main issues discussed were quick darshan, room allocation, cleanliness and other issues for devotees in Tirumala. He wanted to collect information from devotees from time to time on the distribution of food rasad, milk and drinking water in the Sarva Darshan and Special Entry Darshan queue lines and prepare a comprehensive analytical report. He wanted to distribute laddus without delay at the laddu rasad counters.
