NOB_Kamareddy: Kamareddy Town Police organized a grand Annadanam program on Thursday as part of Ganesh Navratri celebrations.

District SP M. Rajesh Chandra, IPS attended as Chief Guest and inaugurated the program after performing special pooja to Lord Vigneshwara.

The SP personally served Anna Prasadam to devotees and had lunch along with police officers, Ganesh Utsav organizers, Municipal Chairman, committee members, and the public.

Speaking on the occasion, SP Rajesh Chandra said Kamareddy district is known for its affection, mutual cooperation and unity among people. He asked officers and staff to work with coordination and dedication to provide better services to the public.

He urged citizens to celebrate Ganesh Navratri with devotion and brotherhood and requested organizers to strictly follow police guidelines to maintain law and order.

He gave a call to celebrate with the principle of “Devotion, Safety, Responsibility” in a peaceful and joyful atmosphere.
