NOB-Telangana news: The Telangana government has launched a digital health profile and health screening to protect women’s health. Free tests will be conducted for every woman who has completed 18 years of age to detect 30 types of diseases such as anemia, diabetes, BP, and cancer. Health details will be recorded digitally and a health profile and digital health card will be provided with a unique ID. This screening, which started on March 8^th 2026 on the occasion of International Women’s Day, aims to complete it for about 46 lakh women in three phases within 6 months.
