
NOB- Delhi news: Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan was given a big shock by the Delhi High Court on 08.10.2025. The High Court has issued summons to Shah Rukh’s Red Chillies company in a defamation case filed by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede. Along with Red Chillies, the summons have been issued to popular OTT company Netflix and some others. The court has ordered Red Chillies Entertainment and other respondents to file their replies within seven days. It has also ordered Wankhede to provide copies of the petition. The case has also been adjourned to October 30th 2025. Sameer Wankhede, IRS officer and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai Zonal Director, has filed a defamation case against Red Chillies and Netflix in the Delhi High Court. Wankhede has alleged in his petition that the web series ‘The B**ds of Bollywood’ streaming on Netflix has tarnished his image. In his petition, Wankhede has named Red Chillies Entertainment Private Limited, owned by actor Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan, as well as Netflix and others. He has sought a compensation of Rs. 2 crore from them. In his petition, Wankhede has asked that the amount be donated to the Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital for the treatment of cancer patients.
