
NOB- Nandyala District news: Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath revealed that S. Gundala Chennakesava Swami Kshetra, which was built around the year 1513 during the administration of Sri Krishna Deva Raya, will be restored. He said that even though the temple has fallen into disrepair over time, the TDP leaders, who were measured as caste gods, have not lost the sin of caring at least. He said that before the elections, they came with the nomination papers and put the baton, but they could not even pave the road for the devotees who came to see the god. Minister Buggana clarified that permission has been obtained with the intention of rebuilding Gundala Kshetra before 2019. On 17.02.2024, he inaugurated the magnificently decorated Kalyana Mandapam in the premises of S. Gundala Chennakesavaswamy Temple. He stated that the Kalyana Mandapam built with all the facilities at a cost of Rs.5 crores was built in only one Doan in the state after Pulivendula. It was clarified that TTD Kalyana Mandapas have been constructed with the funds of Rs.1.5 crore in all other places except these two constituencies. He said that all this was possible because of Chief Minister Chaluva who signed every file requested for the people of Doan without thinking. On this occasion, Minister Buggana recalled the initiative of former TTD Chairman YV Subbareddy, who explained the progress of the temple, learned its history and allowed them to ask for more funds. The Minister said that all efforts have been made to restore the glory of the temple by constructing it at a cost of Rs.4.04 crores without spoiling the history of that time. He said that due to the development of the temple, many people will get direct and indirect employment opportunities. Minister Buggana clarified that soon there are plans to build cottages on the lines of dining hall, Srisailam and Tirupati devasthanas. The minister said that they have turned villages into roadless villages across the Doan constituency. It is proof that the road is laid even in villages like Rekla Kunta. The Minister said that he was proud that the BC Residential School built in Doan was not built anywhere in India. He said that Krishna water will flow to Gunda in next 2 months. He said that the ponds were filled in the villages where there was no water and the crops were grown.
Earlier, Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath inaugurated the development works at Nagaravanam in Doan. An inauguration ceremony was held for the construction of the Eco-Education Center and Eco-Training Center in Nagaravanam built at a cost of Rs.3.8 crores. Visited restaurant premises and cafeteria premises. People jostled to take pictures with the minister at the tiger statue attractively set up by the forest department officials. Later, at Kottakota in Doan. Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath inspected the construction works of National Level Driving Training and Research Center done with Rs.20 crores. In view of the fact that the construction of the building and the walking track are already underway, the authorities have been ordered to speed up the completion.
Tourism charm of Papili mandal
Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath inaugurated the Rs. 3 crore development of tourism facilities at Vengalampalli pond in Papili. Tourist facilities equipped with state-of-the-art facilities are engaging the locals. Locals have expressed their happiness for the minister’s initiative of setting up boating and restaurant with unique architecture. Minister Buggana unveiled the pylon set up for tourism development. Afterwards, they sat with the local leaders in the restaurant and drank tea.
