NOB-Nizamabad news: Bharosa Kendra stands by providing better services to the affected women and children. As part of this, on 25.07.2025, Nizamabad Police Commissioner P. Sai Chaitanya, IPS, handed over cheques on behalf of Bharosa Kendra to seven victim children and women in POCSO and rape cases registered at Bharosa Kendra at the Nizamabad Police Office. On this occasion, the Police Commissioner said that providing courage and justice to women through Bharosa Kendra is one of the main goals of the police department. On 25.07.2025, they were satisfied to have contributed to their rehabilitation by handing over cheques on behalf of Bharosa Kendra for financial assistance to the affected women and children. Their aspiration is that every woman and child should live in safety and dignity. Thye will expand the services of the Bharosa Center further and always be available for the victims. On this occasion, Nizamabad Additional Police Commissioner (Admin) Baswareddy, Bharosa Center Coordinator G. Roja, Legal Advisor Diana Geethika, Women’s Police Station SI Pushpavathi and Mounika, Savita, ANMs and others participated. CI warned on this occasion that strict action would be taken against those who illegally consume and sell marijuana. He said that in order to make the district a marijuana-free district, the district police are conducting special drives and inspections with narcotics squads to prevent the youth from ruining their golden future by focusing on illegal marijuana transportation. He urged everyone to participate in making the district a marijuana-free district by providing information related to marijuana in the district to the relevant police.
