
NOB-Suryapet news: Constable Saidulu, who served in the Armed Police wing of Suryapet District, recently passed away in a road accident. As part of the department’s efforts to address the needs of the families of deceased police personnel, SP Narasimha, IPS, presented a cheque for Rs.2 lakhs to Saidulu’s family members on 29.04.2026 at the District Police Office under the ‘Police Cheyutha’ (Police Support) scheme. Speaking on the occasion, the SP stated that the Police Department is constantly striving to ensure the welfare of its personnel’s families. He assured the gathering that the department would extend every possible support to Saidulu’s family. He also commended the district police personnel for contributing a portion of their monthly salaries towards the maintenance of the ‘Cheyutha’ scheme, noting that they are standing as a pillar of support for police families. Administrative Officer Manju Bhargavi, DCRB DSP Ravi, Police Welfare Association President (SI) Ramachander Goud, Welfare RSI Sairam, and family members participated in this event.
