NOB-Saidabad news: On 18-09-2025, Saidabad Police apprehended Nenavath Manga (48 yrs) for the murder of her relative Sri Katroth Shivaiah (70 yrs) on the intervening night of 14/15-09-2025. The accused, due to strained relations and financial disputes, killed the victim by suffocation and strangulation and stole his silver ornaments (30 tulas). On interrogation, she confessed, and the stolen property along with material evidence was recovered. The accused was produced before the court and remanded to judicial custody.
