NOB- Peddakaparthi news: Two people were killed and two others were seriously injured in an accident that took place on 19.10.2025 morning at a newly built Bankit Coffee Cafe near National Highway 65 on the outskirts of Peddakaparthi village in Chityala mandal. According to local information, a Donkin Coffee Cafe was built without any permission in the buffer zone of Peddakaparthi village in Chityala mandal of Nalgonda district. During the construction of this coffee cafe, sheets were used as a roof and a water tank was installed on top of the sheets. Due to the water tank being completely filled with water, the sheets could not support the weight of the tank and the pile collapsed. As the cafe was about to open on 19.10.2025, its owner Shiva and his family members were sleeping in it. The tank fell on them and his wife Nagamani (32) and son (6) died on the spot, while the owner’s mother and daughter were seriously injured and were rushed to Kamineni Hospital in Narkatpalli and are undergoing treatment.
