NOB_Nalgonda: The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Nalgonda Range, trapped a Revenue Inspector and his private assistant while accepting a bribe of Rs 15,000.

The accused has been identified as Sri Rallabandi Gopa Raju, Revenue Inspector, O/o Tahsildar cum Joint Sub-Registrar, Nampally Mandal, Nalgonda District (A-1) and Sri Adulla Yadagiri, private person working as his assistant (A-2).

According to ACB officials, A-1 demanded the bribe through A-2 from a complainant for an official favour of submitting the Panchanama Report of his agricultural land to the Tahsildar. The tainted amount of Rs 15,000 was recovered from A-2.

Both accused are being arrested and will be produced before the Principal Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Nampally. Further investigation is underway.
