NOB- Bhadradri Kothagudem news: A village administrative officer was caught by ACB officials on 27.10.2025 while demanding Rs. 60 thousand for a task and taking Rs. 15 thousand. ACB officials conducted raids at the Mulakalapalli Tahsildar’s office. ACB officials caught VRO Banoth Srinivas Nayak while taking a bribe of Rs. 15 thousand. VRO Banoth Srinivas Nayak demanded Rs. 60 thousand in connection with the registration of agricultural land belonging to Pusugedem village. In this order, Rs. 40 thousand was taken from the victim and the remaining Rs. 15 thousand was taken as a bribe when ACB officials raided and arrested him at 11 am on 27.10.2025. The current investigation is ongoing.
