NOB_We will take back those lands if we come to power says KTR

NOB-Telangana news: BRS Working President KTR once again levelled serious allegations, claiming that the Congress government in Telangana is selling 9,300 acres of industrial land worth Rs. 5 lakh crore. He criticized the government, alleging that it is involved in a massive scam to hand over these lands to private individuals. KTR responded to a tweet by Congress MP Karti Chidambaram regarding the sale of valuable land belonging to Infosys in Attibele, Karnataka, to Puravankara company for Rs. 250 crore. Karti Chidambaram had stated that Infosys does not have the right to sell land obtained at a subsidized rate at a commercial price when it is not used for the specified purpose, and that it should be returned to the government. Referring to these comments, KTR lashed out at the Telangana government. “We are making the same demand in Telangana as well. The government does not have the right to sell lands given at subsidized rates for specific purposes such as job creation, and benefit relatives. Those lands should be returned to the government and used for the needs of the people. Those lands are needed for schools, hospitals, houses for the poor, parks, bus stops, and parking,” KTR posted on ‘X’. KTR alleged that the Congress government has initiated this scam under the name of the ‘Hyderabad Industrial Land Transformation Policy’. He criticized that land worth one lakh rupees per square yard in the market is being handed over to private individuals for just Rs. 4,000.  KTR warned real estate developers not to be deceived by this ‘sale offer’ by the government and clarified that the BRS would take back those lands once it returns to power.
