NOB-Mahabubabad news: A wife tried to murder her husband along with her boyfriend in Gaddigudem of Mahabubabad district. Prasad’s wife Rashmita got acquainted with a man named Anil through Instagram a few days ago. That acquaintance gradually led to an extramarital affair. She and her boyfriend plotted to kill her husband Prasad, claiming that he was an obstacle to the affair. As per the plan, Rashmita, along with her boyfriend Anil, attacked her husband Prasad indiscriminately with a knife on 14.09.2025 midnight. The local people were immediately alerted when Prasad screamed loudly during the attack. The fleeing boyfriend Anil was caught hold and was tied to a tree. He was later handed over to the police. The injured Prasad was rushed to the hospital. It is understood that Prasad’s condition is currently critical. The police have registered a case and started an investigation into the incident.
